The Q series electric actuators are modern devices designed to control quarter-turn (90-degree rotation) valves such as butterfly valves and similar equipment. These actuators are widely used in various industries, including water supply, oil & gas, chemical processing, and power generation. They enable process automation through precise control of shut-off valves.

The Q series actuators feature a compact housing, making them suitable for installations with limited space. This is particularly important for industrial facilities with high equipment density.

- Control: 2-phase AC220V, 50Hz

-20°C to +60°C

≤95% (at +25°C)
5. IP Protection Rating
All models feature high protection ratings (IP65 or IP67), ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress.
IP (Ingress Protection) Ratings
Designated as IPXX, where:
- First digit - protection against solid particles (dust, sand).
- Second digit - protection against liquids.
IP65
- 6 - complete dust protection (dust-tight).
5 - protection against water jets from any direction (but not immersion).
Application: Actuators for outdoor installation where rain or pressure washing may occur.
IP67
- 6 - complete dust protection.
- 7 - withstands temporary immersion in water (up to 1m for 30 minutes).
Application: Actuators that may be exposed to water (e.g., in flood-prone areas).
6. Mounting
The actuator can be installed in any position, but horizontal motor orientation is recommended.
