AT Series pneumatic actuators are a modern solution for automating pipeline valves. The design is based on a rack-and-pinion mechanism, which ensures high accuracy, reliability, and stable operation.
Thanks to the symmetrical double-piston rack-and-pinion construction, fast and smooth movement is achieved, along with high torque and the possibility of reverse rotation. The body made of extruded aluminum alloy with anodized coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, low friction, and a long service life.
AT pneumatic actuators are available in both double-acting and single-acting versions, with unified cylinder and end caps. This simplifies switching between operating modes by adding or removing springs. The special spring module design guarantees safe installation and removal.
For precise adjustment of end positions, two external adjustment screws are provided, allowing valve opening and closing calibration without disassembly. The universal position indicator is compatible with VID/VIE3845 and NAMUR standards, enabling installation of additional accessories such as limit switches, positioners, and sensors.
AT Series actuators comply with international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337, ensuring easy installation and interchangeability with valves from different manufacturers. All fasteners are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments.
Key advantages:
high positioning accuracy and stable operation;
durable aluminum alloy body with anodized coating;
modular design for simplified maintenance and mode switching;
visual and remote position monitoring capability;
compatibility with international ISO and NAMUR standards;
long service life and low operating costs.
AT pneumatic actuators are widely used in water supply, heating systems, industrial plants, as well as in chemical, oil & gas, and power industries. Due to their reliability and versatility, they are suitable for both new installations and modernization of existing systems.
