Steel standard bore (made with a narrowed bore) ball valves 11s42p are used on pipelines as a shut-off device that completely blocks the flow of the working medium. Design and main units of the valves are shown in the picture. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise until it stops.
The installation position of the valves on the pipeline is any. The valves should be installed on the pipeline in places accessible for inspection and maintenance. Before installing the valves, connecting pipes of the pipeline must be cleaned of dirt, sand, scale, etc.
