Steel full bore (the diameter of the passage is equal to the nominal diameter of the pipeline) ball valves 11s42p are used on pipelines as a shut-off device that completely blocks the flow of the working medium. The structure and main components of ball valves are shown in the picture. Opening is done by turning the handle counterclockwise until it stops.
Installation position of the ball valves on the pipeline is any. Valves should be installed on the pipeline in places accessible for inspection and maintenance. Before installing ball valves, connecting pipes must be cleaned of dirt, sand, scale, etc.
