Steel all-welded standard bore (made with a reduced bore) flanged ball valves 11s33p PN 16 are designed for use in pipeline systems for heat, water, and gas supply as shut-off devices providing reliable closure of the working medium flow. These ball valves can operate in both directions of medium supply and are not intended for flow regulation.
The valve marking is deciphered as follows:
- 11 – type of valve (ball valve);
- s – body material (carbon steel);
- 33 – model number;
- p – sealing material (plastic).
Design features
- Ball valve 11s33p is made in an all-welded body, which ensures its high strength and tightness even during long-term operation. The sealing material used is reinforced PTFE+C Teflon, which has high resistance to the working media.
- Ball mechanism is made of stainless steel, which prevents corrosion and increases the service life of the device.
- Construction length and connection dimensions of ball valves 11s33p Dn 50, Dn 80, Dn 100, and Dn 150 correspond to the construction length and connection dimensions of the gate valves 30ch6br, 30ch6bk, 30s41nzh.
