Steel flanged check valves 19s63nzh PN 40 are designed to protect the pipeline from backflow, which can create emergency conditions in some cases. The valves can be used with various working environments, such as water, steam, natural gas, oil products and other liquids and gases that are not aggressive to valve materials at temperatures up to 425°C. This makes them a universal solution for many industrial applications.
Operating principle
The 19s63nzh valve operates due to the hydraulic pressure of the working environment; when the flow direction changes, the valve automatically closes, preventing backflow.
Installation on a pipeline
Valves 19s63nzh are installed in the working position on a horizontal pipeline - in accordance with the marking "top" on the body, and on a vertical one - so that the disk (valve plate) opens upward. The medium is supplied under the disk. Connection to the pipeline is carried out using a flange method, which simplifies the installation and dismantling of the valve in the pipeline system.
